    Some designers prefer a percentage-based fee structure, typically ranging from 10% to 30% of the total project cost. This method aligns their compensation with the project's scale.

    Other designers will work on an hourly rate based on the project duration.

    At Studio Burntwood we offer a fixed design fee for the entire project. This approach allows our clients to have total clarity on costs from the outset, regardless of project duration.

  • To initiate the interior design project, we commence by meticulously outlining distinct goals and preferences. These encompass crucial aspects like functionality, aesthetic styles, timeline, and budget. As an initial step, we provide clients with a comprehensive design questionnaire, delving into their preferences and vision.

    Our process involves an on-site visit, where key measurements are taken, detailed notes are recorded, and photographs are captured for future reference, ensuring a thorough understanding of the space.
